Arrival and departure

Your room will be ready for you from 2 p.m. Please inform us if you will arrive late.
On your day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10 a.m. Depending on availability, the check-out time can also be extended, and our wellness area is available for you until the evening of your day of departure.

Cancellation policy

For direct bookings we offer a free cancellation option up to 7 days before arrival*

For cancellations between 6 and 3 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the total amount.

The booking will be charged at 100% in the event of cancellation:

Cancellations at short notice (from 2 days before arrival)
in the event of late arrival or early departure
in case of no-show

*We will convert the deposit you have already paid into a voucher with no expiry date, which can be redeemed at any time on the date of your choice. Alternatively, you can postpone the booked trip to a later date to be agreed.

We charge a processing fee of €70 per booked room for a refund of the deposit.
